Booking and Confirmation
Generally at least minimum of three days notice is required for all catering although we are happy to discuss your requirements inside of this period.

Payment
Payment is due on a 7 day invoice; unless a prior arrangement has been made with Faris Munif. All cheques payable to Zorbas Café and Catering Ltd or payment by direct credit into our bank account. We accept all major credit cards.

Minimum Amount of Guests
We prefer a minimum of 10 people for each booking; however we are happy to discuss catering with you for numbers under this.

Food Presentation
All our food is presented to you on platters garnished and ready to serve to your guests.

Food Delivery or Pickup
We will deliver food to your door at a charge of $15.00 during weekdays within central Auckland. This also includes collecting the platters from you the following business day.
Weekend deliveries are $25.00. Alternatively you make collect the food from our premises at 52 Lincoln Road, Henderson. Please confirm this when ordering

Missing or Broken Platter
Loss of platter or breakage of platter owned by Zorbas Café and Catering will be charged directly to the client.

Cancellation of your function or decrease in numbers
In the case of cancellation of your booking less than 4 days out from you function a 20% cancellation fee may apply to cover cost. In the event of your numbers decreasing a 10% surcharge may apply.
